Very high pulse rate
Sir/ma'am I m 24 yr male height 6 feet weight 110kg and not so active individual.  My pulse rate is always high , 90-95bpm during reading newspaper or talking or eating and 110-115bpm during walking, climbing stairs. Why my pulse rate is always high? How to cure it? BP is always 120-135/80-87 My cholesterol level are in range, thyroid is also in range only sgpt is 55 and urea 7.4 . Rest all blood test good. I drink around 4-5 litre water each day and 3 time tea.

A lot of people nowadays are checking there heart rate with pulse odometer .. we follow only one thing machines or gadgets won’t tel about the health it’s the patients who can say what is wrong with them there are lot of people who have heart rate above with out any worry don’t worry about that

Stop tea, start exercises, preferably cardiovascular exercises up to at least 20 min a day for at least 5days a week. You will notice changes in 3months.
