From last couple of years say almost 6 years, I've been under Improper Food Habits due to various obvious reasons that's why it was not possible to get proper homely foods.
Now as per my latest lipid profile report,my triglycerides level is 232 as also LDL Cholesterol level is extremely high. Kindly suggest what to do.
