Very High Level of Tryglycerides
From last couple of years say almost 6 years, I've been under Improper Food Habits due to various obvious reasons that's why it was not possible to get proper homely foods. Now as per my latest lipid profile report,my triglycerides level is 232 as also LDL Cholesterol level is extremely high. Kindly suggest what to do.

cut oils and fats from diet Avoid oily food, snacks items like mathri, namkeen, cookies, pastry, canned items ,junk food try to include fibre rich food and atleast 8-10 glass of water walk and yoga

Hello Arnab ji, I have seen your reports but to guide you for reversal of this condition I need to know following information :- Height Age Past Medical history if present Diet habits Daily  detailed  eating pattern Details about exercise Sleeping pattern Reverse  journey will include  all aspects of your life  food  eating habits, food choices,  physical activity , stress management, sleep routine.
