Very faint line during test

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Yesterday night my wife have taken a susten 400 in vagina and today morning with very first urine sample when we check pregnancy test that faint line appear. Is it because of susten or my wife is pregnant? Does susten 400 mg is responsible for that faint line or my wife is pregnant..
