Vertigo pblm
Sir, sometimes I feel like I will fall. Or sudden vibration or jerk in my head while sitting on chairs. Today onwards my head is spinning and my focus is not accurate. Vision is clear but focus is not accurate, and making me uncomfortable. Please help.

Most likely this is a vestibular dysfunction.
Next Steps
An mri brain will rule out major diseases. Once the mri is reassuringly negative you can proceed with an ENT consultation for drugs and vestibular exercises. If MRI is abnormal do consult neurologists (but chances of having an abnormal Mri is very less)
