I was having vericocele grade 3 on left and grade 2 on right with description of sonography report of left "There are multiple large tortuous echolucent areas seen in the left cord. These on color flow, appear to be vascular. There is reflux of flow on Valsalva’s manouver (grade III)." I was dignosed on 4 Dec 2017 .now I am having pain on left scrotum and again done sonography the report as follows "There are few small tortuous echolucent areas seen in the left cord. These on color flow, appear to be vascular. There is no reflux of flow on Valsalva’s maneouver (grade I) " and right side appear normal . What to do next !!
