My father 61 ,having varicose veins since his 40 almost 60 percent veins are swollen Nowadays his legs pain in the night most of the time ,nights goes sleepless sometimes... Pain area is foot mostly Is that due to varicose veins or vitamin b12 deficiency ? Kindly advise What are the natural methods and diet can be followed ?Plz advise Thanks in advance

Needs a detail history May be because of vit b12 deficiency, he can take vit b12 supplements. For varicose veins Need to see the picture Use stockings for varicose veins
