Grade 3 doesn't mean you should do surgery .Get your semen analysis from 3 different labs in 2 months interval.If all 3 shows decrease in count ,motility and morphology and your wife is not getting pregnant after 1 year of marriage ,YOU SHOULD BE PLANNING FOR MICROSURGICAL VARICOCELECTOMY .MSV HAS HIGH RATES OF PREGNANCY AND VERY LESS CHANCES OF RECURRENCE.
NEVER EVER OPERATE WITH OUT INFERTILITY AS ALL VARICOCELE MAY NOT AFFECT SPERM PRODUCTION.
