Veekam in left side of the body

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I have veekam ( bludgeness ) in my left hand, left cheek, left breast and backside in left but no pain. Identified this for past 1 month. What should I do. I have pain in the joints of hands and legs both side. I am 36 years old. Please guide me
