Hello
ICL adjusts in initial post operative period. Vault usually decrease in this adjustment phase.
There are many studies which suggests that risk of cataract is very less even if vault height is just 100 micron.
200 micron vault is in my opinion is no indication for ICL explanation if other parameters are in normal range
