My mother has recently been diagnosed with varicose veins on her right leg below the knee. She bled profusely for 2 consecutive days. Can this be the reason for any kind of blockade in the heart?

Varicose veins are not related to heart disease usually. Bleeding is usually related to infection or when the vein swelling persists. Getting the veins closed up is usually suggested.
