My lower leg is swollen and the color of the skin is changed to black. Feeling itchy at times.
Took doppler scan - the report says dilated superficial veins with perforated incompetence; mild subcutaneous edema seen.
Please advise if I need to consult a Vascular Surgeon or Neurologist for treatment.
