Varicocele on left and right side

Asked for Male, 39 Years

Have a varicocele grade 2 on left and right side of scrotum. Feeling mild pain and discomfort if did not ejaculate . Feel normal after ejaculation only. Penis erection causes lump formation in left scrotum and subsides after lying down. Need advice.
