Varicocele ligation Requirement
Me and my wife are trying for a baby for last 8 months, but to no use, my wife's report are clear however I have a varicocele in my left testicle
Andrologist has suggested for a varicocele surgery however when I took a second opinion I was told my sperm is not very low and should not go for surgery now and should try for one more year
Pls suggest whether I should go a varicocele ligation surgery given my sperm count is not low (attached report)

U does not require varicocele surgery. Avail fertile period. Make regular Relation during this period. Wait for three to six months,for medical treatment.

Dude ur spem count is normal but rapid progresaive motile sperm is just 5%it should be kinimum 60% to make ur wife pregnant
