Varicocele
I have diagnosed with Varicocele Grade 1,2 at the left and 3 at right, It was diagnosed 4 months before, doctor suggested me surgery but I have postponed it and used homeo and Ayurveda medication, sperm count is increased but not harmones, My present sperm count is 10 M and Motility is 50 percent. Testosterone is 284, and I have ED, Just wanted to check do I need another screening before the surgery to check the grade and it is not required.
