Varicocele. Also be cause? what to do?

I have been suffering from bilateral varicocele from 5 years. They are not of big size .But after 5 years i am suffering from extreme fatigue memory problem ,sex drive is good but low as compared to before and i think size is also decreasing .Yesterday i went to the urologist he checked me with his hand and said it's is normal there is no problem.i was expecting that he will write some test like testosterone levels but he didn't .I also do masturbation frequently.i am very much addictive.this can also be cause???What to do?? I have also left the gym because i think my testosterone e level is low.Weak memory is also causing problem in studies and i don't know what are the cause of these symptoms varicocele ,masturbation or depression.plz doctor help me out
