Varicocele grade3 diagonised

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have been diagonised with varicocele grade 3 . went for semen analysis test and the report is normal. Doctor recommended to undergo varicocele surgery if i am not marrying near future. Can I undergo for surgery? If yes what is the approx cost of the surgery . please advise on this. Thanks

No need of surgery if semen analysis is normal. After marriage if NO pregnancy then repeat semen analysis and if still normal not to OPERATE varicocele
