Vague physical symptoms in body
I am a college student &my life has been hell for past one year.I catastrophize any small symptom.I always feel as if something is terribly wrong with me.I try to shake off symptoms owing it to health anxiety but its of no use.Then I again start thinking that may be I am really ill.I got checked myself last year and then doctors told me that everything was fine.last month some bloodwork revealed everything normal except blood sodium 129mmol /l.My Bmi is 16but Ive been thin always.Please help!!
