Vaginal white discharge. Doctors advice.

My age is 25.. Am suffering from white discharge from few months before but it is not continous. My fiance is 28 and we had a physical relationship before 8 months that time after 2 days I noticed some white discharge which was thick curd like substance along with itching. After that I followed home remedies like applying curd, garlic but temporarily it gave relief. Then for few days I didn't see any white discharge, but after my periods every month I had white discharge till 2 to 3 days. Like this it is happening continuously. To be frank we didn't have physical relationship after that and we didn't need it. Now am getting white discharge which is thick white in color kindly help me out with a curing advice. Waiting eagerly for the doctors advice.
