Vaginal swelling/flu symptoms

Asked for Female, 19 Years

During my period I started to become itchy, after removing my tampon I noticed 2 small blisters either side of the entrance of my vagina, days passed and nothing had changed, I had sex with my boyfriend and within an hour the blisters had turned into friction burns with small blisters accompanied by flu symptoms, unsure and unable to see a doctor??
