Vaginal sores

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had sex with my partner and he accidentally scratched me just above the clitoris. It since has become a sore and my vagina as a whole has become very swollen. After this I'm noticing increased sores all over the vagina from where it has been rubbing against clothes. These sores are white and are comparable to mouth ulcers. I'm 100% certain this is not an STI as both of us are clean and have had no issues before
