Vaginal skin rash

I have had this rash around my vagina for a month now. It’s on the skin on the outside non on or around the actual vagina or clitoris area. It started with one bump I thought was razor burn and it just keeps multiplying. It does not itch or hurt. But they just won’t heal. I’m kinda freaked out because I’ve been with my boyfriend for three years and I don’t want him to notice it and think I have been sleeping around.
