Hi I’m 17 and I’m not sexually active. I have sort of booked or wounds or cists on the lips of my vagina the outter part. They don’t hurt when the white stuff comes out then it’s hurts if it sticks to my under wear and I try to take it off I’ve had it come and go for years and leave scars that always stay how do I stop it permanently and get rid of the scars
