Vaginal problem
I'm suffering from vaginal itching with redness alongwith green discharge sometimes the discharge looks like cottage cheese which smells like curd . Can't even have physical intercourse because my vagina hurts a lot .

Looks like you have a severe vaginal infection. You will need to be examined by a gynecologist and treated accordingly.
Since your symptoms suggest a sexually transmitted infection as well, you will have to avoid intercourse until you both are treated.
