Vaginal problem
2 days back I went through an abdominal pain in evening around 6. It was similar to the pre menstrual pain with wet feelings. Later when I came back home and needed to use the loo urgently, I couldn't pee properly as my vagina started burning. From that day onwards, I am not able to pee completely because at the end of discharge there is that burning sensation. (It's not actually burning, but something that contacts my muscles and doesn't let the pee come out completely and smoothly).

You probably are having some urine infection. Get yourself examined by a gynaecologist near you. Get urine r/m and c/s test done. For now start syrup alkasol 2tsf twice daily with half glass of water for 3 days.
