I m having pain arond my vagina and also its very itchy.....and it hurts while urinating..... please help is there any medcine or anything to worry about i mean is it serious?

There is vaginal infection  or any minor cut near urethra so take tab zenflox Oz twice a day for 3days, tab zocon 150mg once a day for 5days, and apply ointment nadoxin c externally.
