  4. Vaginal pain. Supposed to rush hospital?

I have vaginal pain  and bottoms of my hips as if some swelling is there from this evening. Now I am 39 weeks of pregnant. Is it some thing serious or normal part of the process.. Am. I supposed to rush hospital? Baby movements are there. Any leads could help
