This is nothing to be worried about. Different physiological changes occur with pregnancy. It is a matter of concern if you are also having fever or itching in vagina or any kind of discharge. If so then you must consult you gyenacologist at once. It is most like UTI and can be treated with medication. But in pregnancy medicines are very regulated and not all can be given. If it pains without any other symptoms you can take paracetamol 500mg without any fear to reduce the pain. It is safe for the baby as well (upto an extent)
