Hello, A couple days ago I felt some pain near my genital area, once I got to take a look I notice a cyst or abscess on my bartholin gland on the left. What now ?

Take antibiotics course and see whether it regress or not . If it regress no problem or else incision and drainage. Antibiotics may be tab cefixime 200 mg morning and night .tab metrogyl 400 mg morning and night tab paracetamol morning and night for 5 days
