Vaginal pain and burning while urination

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Was having severe vaginal burning sensation and while passing urine as well. Have submitted vaginal swab and urine samples to the lab but it will take 48 hours for the reports. In the meanwhile, it's paining a lot. Can I take Meftal Spas till the doctor suggests anything after the reports?
