Vaginal odor
After I pee , I wash my vagina which makes my underwear
wet and my vagina and underwear gets smell where I can smell it through my pants and gets itchy sometimes . How to avoid it ?

From your description it seems the cause of the problem is the wetness of the underwear which gets wet after you pass urine.
I suggest you should not wear an underwear for a few days. You should clean yourself with tissue paper after passing urine.
Don't use vaginal washes.
You should use only cotton undergarments. It may help you
