  4. Vaginal lump. Effective for this pain!

I have a vaginal lump on my right vaginal lip it is soo much painful and very itchy its red and its been der for five days causing fever too and i could find no medicines for this thing just some home remedies like soaking in warm water which i tried but no use..wat to do.no pain killer is effective for this pain
