Vaginal itching

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Please provide suggestion for vaginal itching and severe rashes due to periods. I always suffer from rashes and itching after periods. Sometimes itching is there even when there are no periods. I refrain from eating medicines. If I can get suggestions on precautions to be taken or some ointment. It will be helpful. Thanks.
