Vaginal itching in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I m 2 and half months pregnant...before I have 4 year old baby girl through ceasrean...now I m having so much vaginal itching also in the hole of vagina especially at night and having white creamy non sticky discharge and also not yet felt baby movement.Plz suggest what to do. I m very hygienic in intimate cleaning. Then also why so.
