Facing vaginal itching for more than an year now and little vaginal dryness before periods and white creamy discharge and now hav noticed a red patch near vaginal opening What it could be?

It looks like  chronic infection,these infections are very common so nothing to worry.You may wash with Betadine solution and put surfaz-SN cream,also take oral medication after seeing a Gynaec and she can take a swab test for culture sensitivity.
