Doctor. I really need your help. I am too shy to tell this but my vulva is really itchy. I think I have rashes and a white substance are always on my vulva. It gets worst when I wear a pad. And I have never put hands inside my vagina. And I am a virgin. This started like 2 years ago, first it was tolerable but then, and I also being experiencing less period bleeding and my hair suddenly have started to fall, like too much. I have never shaved my pubic hairs or applied anything there Please help

Hi, history is suggestive of infection in the private parts. No need to worry. Can meet a near by Gynecologist for an examination and treatment. For a time being keep the private part clean and dry (no need to clean the vagina). Can use Candid-B cream for private parts 2times a day for 2weks after cleaning the private parts.
