I've been having an odour and a mucus like discharge with abdominal pain as well as painful sex. I recently saw a reddish Brown color to the discharge as well.

U are hvng vaginal infection. Use lactacyd hygiene wash. Get urself examined by a gynaecologist for medication accordingly. Also u could be hvng some cervical polyp or nabothian cysts. Get uself immunized with gardasil if not already done and get a pap smear examination done as well
