  4. Vaginal infection. Has any side effect?

Should metronidazole be taken ...i am feeling vaginal itching nd burning during urination...lower back pain... I had taken antifungal medcines for 3weeks...antibacterial for 1week...condition not improved...had unprotected sex one time... After tht this burning and itching incresed... Plz give advice...if i took this antibiotic...has any side effect?
