Vaginal infection or tear?

I had sex with my boyfriend for like the past two days....i had body pain and discomfort in the vaginal area.today i noticed my vagina is sore and i saw brownish discharge and it smelled weird.i thought im pregnant(we didnt use any protection..did the pull out method)i think its the fertile period now...Then i felt some pain ..kindof a discomfort burning sensation in that area...i had a closer look n found a small tear at the bottom.it looks small n reddish.im confused about my problem..Am i pregnant or is it an infection or something else?should i consult a doctor?
