Vaginal infection medication

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have had this type of infection earlier but cannot find the prescription paper. I have a uterus / vaginal infection. No weird discharge but uneasy feel in my abdomen area. What medicine can i take? Is neurobion forte , zentel , zocon for this?

None of these medicines are for pelvic infection. Are there any bladder or bowel complaints? Have you any tests or pap smear. Have you done any USG PELVIS? Consult gynceologist as you need to be checked examined.
