U probably are hvng infection.. Get urine r/m and culture sensitivity examination done. Get an ultrasound lower abdomen and pelvis too.. Start syrup alkasol 2tsf twice daily with half glass water for 5 days. Drink lots of water.. Initiate a direct consult for further management
