Seems you have Trichomonal vaginal infection that need to be treated
ABSTENANCE BY YOU AND YOUR PARTNER
SIMULTANEOUS TREATMENT OF YOU AND YOUR PARTNER IS MOST IMPORTANT ADVICE. THIS WILL NOT CAUSE RELAPSE AGAIN AND AGAIN
You should get a swab test done, to know exactly what is the organism causing infection so accordingly right treatment can be given. For some women the labia (vulva) maybe little larger or asymmetrical, not to worry. But if you are concerned you can get it checked too.
Next Steps
If you are getting repeated fungal infections, get your sugar checked once
