Is it ok to wash the female intimate area(vulva and vaginal area) with soap?Is soap harmful there?Or just water is enough for cleaning down there?

External genitals or the labia should be washed with any bath soap and preferably warm water liberally. Do not use anything including douches for inside vagina.

No soap or cosmetic materials should be used in vagina, because they can cause irritation and even infection. Cleaning with water is enoug.
