Vaginal dryness
We are actually planning for kids . But for me no cervical mucus is coming out during intercourse it is very pain full for me . I read in Google to track ovulation we will get clear watery fluid.but for me my vagina is so dry .. sometimes itching is there. I tried ky gel lox Gel and also derma lotion but no results.. if fluids are not coming means am I ovulating or not ? And I had regular periods for 28 days or 30 days cycle... How can I track my ovulation how do I hydrate more please help ...

It's not necessary that you should get fluid . According to your cycle length you should be ovulating between 14th to 16th day of your periods
