Vaginal discharge with no symptoms

Hi doctor! Im 21 years old. I am experiencing fluid vaginal dischrge for past 2 days. At times there is light greenish shade also. I donot have any other symtoms like pain or itching. What does it mean??

It's probably trichomonas infection. Get metronidazole 400 mg twice daily for seven days along with pantop twice daily and vizylac once daily. Topical vaginal wash and topical panderm plus application once daily will help. Sexual abstinence for seven days.
