Vaginal discharge with missed periods

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I'm unmarried and ever had sex.I'vconsulted doctor for vaginal discharge when I was masturbate. She prescribed me tablets and lactocyd soln. Its normal after that. But I didn't mention that to her. This month I again masturbated and suffer with the same prblm in addn with missed periods. I saw blood bleeding at twice but I didn't get periods after.
