Recently I have come off antibiotics for Bacterial Vaginosis as I was diagnosed with it by an Online Doctor. However, my discharge has still been abnormal. There seems to be a lot of it still and it's white and chunky. Sometimes it has a sour vinegar smell. When I wipe after using the toilet there seems to be like a mucus on the tissue that is pale

From the beginning only you might have a mixed infection. This seems like a fungal infection. Please consult a gynec in person and get yourself checked. You may need something called a vaginal discharge culture and sensitivity. Based on that take treatment. Make sure you take your sexual partner with you. He may also need treatment. Plus try to use condom while you are contemplating the check up or treatment.
