Asked for Female, 24 Years

My Girlfriend has had her IUD for almost a year now. Lately she said she’s been experiencing brown gooey vaginal discharge that’s been persistent. She’s not sure as to the cause. It has also happened after sex. She also says that her vagina is very dry. She has no pain and no cramping.
