Vaginal discharge

Asked for Female, 18 Years

My discharge is color yellow with a little green and it has a foul odor. I trid to check the inside of my vagina and found a chesy like things. Many of it. Anyways, I am drinking bactrim antibiotic for uti. Am I sick? And if yes what should I do? Please. Thankyouuuuu!
