Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am facing vaginal discharge and frequent urge to urinate. I am unable to hold the urge and there's a burning sensation in the Vagina. This all started after I had sex last week. Any suggestions. Also the cause of such issue?

This is vaginal infection .Get done complete urine examination and culture sensitivity test of urine.After report contact to gynaecologist and take medicine.Plenty of water and no sex for few days.
