Vaginal Discharge

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi, i have observed as soon as vaginal discharge comes out of vagina and stick to nearby skin it starts itching slowly slowly. Discharge is usually withing 5-6 hrs in a day. Discharge has smell sometimes & its white or yellow sometimes. I always clean with water & wipe up the area after loo but still experiencing this and i am afraid of using any vaginal hygiene creams or gels in that area since i dont know if i am allergic to any. Also i was having Uti(dont know if i have it now) and during periods it never itches me but after that it do. What should i do ? Please let me know if there is any test that can conclude the infection & i can directly consult doctor after tested report. Thanks in Advance.
